ShieldView maintains a live security score so you can prove your posture is improving — not just hand over a list of issues. Your baseline is the risk with everything unresolved; the current score reflects what's actually been fixed.
A projected score models the impact of planned work, so you can prioritize: fixing a handful of criticals might move the score more than a dozen lows.
